Collection: Beech

Applications: Many applications for products where the durability class of the wood plays no role. An exception to this are sleepers that are preserved. Because the wood can be bent very well, without being bent, it is one of the most suitable types of wood for curved work, edges and railings. It is also used for plywood, boxes, steps, sleepers (preserved), pulleys, tools (planes etc.), cigar press blocks, many household items such as breadboards, spoon racks, brushes, cupboards and bins, toys, furniture, dust sills, pallets, gym floors, parquet and strip floors, kitchen steps etc. Compressed beech is used for shuttles, gears, battens, bulletproof and burglarproof doors, industrial slides, special floors etc. The unsteamed wood is used almost exclusively for the interior of furniture, upholstery, bodies etc.
