We try to take into account what you are going to make as best as possible. We would like to ask you to indicate below in the comments box what you are going to make and what we should pay attention to when processing your order. We cannot guarantee that it will work, but we will always do our best to meet your wishes!

• Are you going to saw the plank into smaller pieces? This is important to indicate. We can take this into account! Are you ordering a plank of 1200mm long and do you need 2x 600mm? Then it may just be that we have 2 nicer pieces that fit well together. Also mention all the sizes you want to take out.
• The standard for American Hardwood does not consider sapwood (Sapwood) as 'wrong'. This means that there can always be spider mites in the planks. Is this a problem? Report it! We will look at what surcharge we charge for this per order. Of course, we will first do this in consultation.
• We are a fine wood trade. This means that all our planks are delivered with excess length. Would you like to have the plank exactly to size? Report it!
• PostNL is collected every Tuesday and Friday. Your delivery will therefore, if in stock, be delivered the following Wednesday or Saturday. Are you urgent? Report it!
• Do we have to take anything else into account or do you have special wishes? Feel free to request a quote. In our physical store we have a wider range than shown in the webshop.
